اگر آپ کو رمضان ریلیف نگہبان کارڈ موصول نہیں ہوا تو آپ آسانی سے اپنی شکایت “مریم کو بتائیں” ایپ کے ذریعے درج کر سکتے ہیں۔ یہ ایپ حکومتِ پنجاب کی جانب سے عوامی مسائل براہِ راست سننے اور حل کرنے کے لیے متعارف کروائی گئی ہے۔

سب سے پہلے اپنے موبائل میں گوگل پلے اسٹور کھولیں اور Maryam Ko Batain App تلاش کر کے ڈاؤن لوڈ کریں۔ ایپ انسٹال ہونے کے بعد اسے کھولیں اور اپنا اکاؤنٹ بنائیں۔ رجسٹریشن کے لیے اپنا درست شناختی کارڈ نمبر (CNIC) اور فعال موبائل نمبر درج کریں۔

لاگ اِن کرنے کے بعد شکایات کے سیکشن میں جا کر رمضان ریلیف پروگرام یا نگہبان کارڈ کا انتخاب کریں۔ پھر واضح الفاظ میں لکھیں کہ آپ کو نگہبان کارڈ موصول نہیں ہوا۔ اپنی مکمل معلومات جیسے شناختی کارڈ نمبر، موبائل نمبر اور ضلع/علاقہ ضرور درج کریں۔

شکایت جمع کروانے کے بعد آپ کو ایک ٹریکنگ نمبر ملے گا۔ اس نمبر کو محفوظ رکھیں تاکہ آپ اپنی درخواست کی پیش رفت چیک کر سکیں۔
