- ایپ کھول کر رجسٹریشن مکمل کریں۔
آن لائن رجسٹریشن کا طریقہ:
- درج ذیل معلومات کے ساتھ نیا کھاتہ بنائیں:
- پورا نام
- شناختی کارڈ نمبر
- موبائل نمبر
- برقی ڈاک پتہ (اگر موجود ہو)
- خفیہ لفظ مقرر کریں۔
- موصول ہونے والا تصدیقی کوڈ درج کریں۔
- اپنے کھاتے میں داخل ہوں۔
- رمضان مالی امداد کا انتخاب کریں۔

اگر ایپ استعمال نہ کر سکیں تو ویب براؤزر کے ذریعے آن لائن پورٹل سے بھی درخواست دی جا سکتی ہے۔

اس پروگرام کی ایک اہم خصوصیت شفافیت ہے۔
نظام میں شامل ہیں:
- درخواستوں کا ڈیجیٹل اندراج
- براہِ راست نگرانی کا نظام
- ہر مرحلے کی جانچ
- رقم کی براہِ راست منتقلی

رقم کب ملے گی؟
رقم کی فراہمی کا وقت آپ کی حیثیت پر منحصر ہے، خاص طور پر اگر آپ پنجاب سماجی و معاشی رجسٹری میں پہلے سے درج ہیں۔
اگر رجسٹری میں پہلے سے موجود ہوں:
- درخواست جمع کروانے کے 24 گھنٹوں کے اندر رقم منتقل کی جا سکتی ہے۔
- پہلے سے تصدیق شدہ معلومات ہونے کی وجہ سے عمل تیز ہوتا ہے۔
اگر رجسٹری میں شامل نہ ہوں:
- تقریباً چار دن کی تصدیقی مدت درکار ہوگی۔
- معلومات کی جانچ کے بعد امدادی رقم جاری کی جائے گی۔
یہ طریقہ کار اس بات کو یقینی بناتا ہے کہ صرف مستحق افراد کو امداد ملے۔
کون درخواست دے سکتا ہے؟
عام طور پر درج ذیل شرائط پوری کرنا ضروری ہے:
- پنجاب کا رہائشی ہو
- درست شناختی کارڈ رکھتا ہو
- عمر 18 سال یا اس سے زیادہ ہو
- کم آمدنی یا مستحق گھرانے سے تعلق رکھتا ہو
درخواست گزار کا شناختی کارڈ سرکاری ریکارڈ کے ذریعے جانچا جائے گا۔

رمضان المبارک میں گھریلو اخراجات بڑھ جاتے ہیں، مثلاً:
- خوراک اور راشن
- بجلی، گیس اور دیگر بل
- زکوٰۃ سے متعلق ضروریات
- خاندان کی اضافی ضروریات
